Today I saw a recent video on Chris Brogan’s YouTube profile, I found it very interesting. Its about a business owner he interviewed about how Twitter has been the driving huge traffic to the overall growth and success of his business. Now a days all across the U. S. the business owners using twitter to promote their service, having direct interaction with their customer and also solve their quires. These small business owner use this technology with a very smart and creative way.
